negative and positive rights? agenda 21 connection?

i was just reading some articles on negative and positive rights, now I am not sure if I understand it correctly, so if anyone of you understands it better please tell me.

when I heard the expression negative rights, I was abit taken  back because the word negative has a, well, a negative connotation. so what is it? it basically says leave others alone, do not do anything to them or their stuff without their consent.

postive rights seem pretty good, I mean who does’t like positive? this has a nice ring to it. but what is the darkness that it brings that many do not realize because they take things at face value. So what can be so bad about positive rights, right? well remember negative rights? do not do to someone without their consent? well positive rights try to get around that part of consent. remember in the constitution it says no involuntary servitude? well they have tried and succeeded in getting around that too.

how? well if you have a right to food, housing and clothing and medical care (and your unable to get it yourself under the situation you are in) positive rights put the duty on others to provide it whether they can afford it or not whether they consent to it or not. this is the involuntary servitude I mentioned. Taxes ring a bell? what exactly is their justifcation? isn’t it to pay for these positive rights? well they don’t say it that way they call it welfare and helping the disabled the poor and the homeless you get the picture.

how about we take it a step furthur, what if homeless people are decreed to have a right to housing, and the government has no funds, well they claim they don’t, liars they are, how do you suppose they are going to enforce that right? well will they not force you to house these people in your own homes? is that not the defintion of violating a negative right and involuntary servitude? what if you have no room? what if the persons lifestyle is bad, or they are dangerous to you? what if you can’t afford another mouth to feed then what? will they not say it is your duty to provide these rights to that person or persons which entails food rationing now, where your kids will now have to eat less?

Lets say your a doctor, your duty will then to provide medical care to someone who has no money and the state claims has no funds, how do you suppose they plan on enforcing the persons right to medical care? won’t they force that doctor and nurses and hospital to provide it at a financial loss? is that not involuntary servitude and theft? so are these human rights really about compassion and justice? or is it about destroying prosperity, degrading the human experience and weakening family bonds, and creating resentments, anger, depression and subjugating people to a state of utter misery?

And what about the global community cry I hear all the time, that we are all a global family, let me ask you does that translate into you having a duty to treat all others as your family? are humans really capable of forming emotional attachements to thousands of others? is it even humanly possible to do such a thing? does that mean you now cannot treat your own family any different then others? so does that mean you and I are now obligated to neglect our families to service the needs of others at our own expense while our families suffer hunger and deprivation in order to fulfill your “duty”?

Is this not what they tried to do in former commuist russia? China? did it actually solve the problems of inequality, poverty, crime, violence, poor mental and physical health, and create  human happiness and a technological boom and increase in standard of living for everyone, because now everyone was obligated to help everyone else out and now these things should now be a thing of the past? what does the record show.

Are the policy makers in washington, the united nations aware of this? of course they are. that is why they are doing it. haven’t you heard? poor people are easier to control. and cheaper to, as scarce resouces increase the price you must pay to get them so they can get more production out of you, whatever that entails with little expense from them. but they can’t come out and say that, wow, people would be in on the game, no they have to make you feel guilty(shame you culture) for having properity, property rights and the like and enjoying the fruits of your labors, so you will concede to these positive rights, right now mostly in the form of regulator takings and taxes. They blame the property holders for the plight of the poor as if you went out and stole their house from them, or their food. I mean how do you become guilty over something you have no power to do good or bad over another? the reality is it is not because your guilty of any wrongdoing it is just your a threat to their agenda 21 goal, this is just human cattle farming period.

the cattle must be fed, given health care, and housing, and clean surroundings to maximize profits, but how do you avoid all the liability from it? why you make the cattle take care of the other cattle and take on the liability themselves. with me so far? national health care ring a bell? welfare? disability? you see where I am going with this, agenda 21 is basically just a socilizing of liabilities of human resource farming while taking all the profits for yourself. this is just another form of serfdom, slavery, or whatever you want to call it, it is simply a different route.

so this rhertoric of caring legislations is another lie coming out of the united nations and washington. it si simply harvesting the herd. ever seen that twilight episode “to serve man”? I just watched that, (while the aliens were more fair and humane then modern farmers.)they gave the humans everything they needed to prosper, avoid war, end disease, hunger the world over, and when asked why they wanted to do it they said they wanted to help out man to have what they themselves enjoyed on their planet. but was it true?

The reality was quite different, after they had been tricked to go to their planet, it turned out there was a hidden agenda of the aliens (didn’t your momma teach you that if it sounds to good to be true it probably is?) they simply wanted to make humans happier and healthier so they can harvest them for food. it was about human resource farming. now the farmers of today have no interest in making you happy or healtheir or give you technology like the aliens did so they can have cheap energy and the like, they just want to keep you just fit enough to work but not so fit you can run away or fight back or challenge their monopoly on power, money or weatlh creation and enjoyment. they want to force your right to have a home by putting you into slave labor camps, called sustainable commnities or smart growh development, where you cannot leave, where you cannot complain (because they probably will turn you into soylent green)and because if you have no job you have no life. they will be able to ration your food, medical care, which will end up being minimal, and have to endure company with creepy people you don’t like. every aspect of life will be controlled for the benefit of the farmers. you will thus be in a worse condition then animals were before the human socieity came along. only there will be no humane society for humans at all.

hopefully Jehovah will not let it go that far before he steps in and triggors the great tribulation. but they are trying very hard to implemnt this even tho there are alot of road blocks to overcome.

so welcome to the 21st century of agenda 21. hope you enjoy your stay. you can check in but you cannot check out.

howdy powdies

howdy,

low carb diet update, I have been following this diet pretty good for 19 weeks now, here is a report, most days I manage to eat pretty healthy carbs only alone with my normal protein/fat combo. a few days I was eating lower quality carbs and my total carbs for the day was a bit elevated, I was hungry for carbs, then my appetite for carbs would drop like a rock,  and my total caloires would drop also, it is like for a few days the carb diet is working well, staying around 25 percent, sometimes 27 or 28 and occassionally 30 percent of total caloires, depending on my hunger, food availability and cravings. then all of a sudden I get some cravings for lower quality food like ice cream which I make sure to buffer with alot of fat and protein added, like peanut butter.

for three days a few weeks ago, I was craving barbecue corn chips, weird I know, even when I wasn’t following any diet seldom did I crave that! but I always ate it with alot of nuts too so as to tone down the carbs in the food (even tho the labels says the fat caloires far outnumber the carbs in it.) but then that craving went away and I was back on track. my percentage of carbs went up a little on those days to about 30 percent.

my periods have regulated, gotten lighter, less pms, like 10 percent of what it used to be, but still dealing with sleeplessness at night, sleep a few hours wake up and it is like my insides won’t calm down for some reason. sometimes I go to bed tired out but then my insides take a while to calm down, it is weird, always had this problem for many years, this diet is not causing it.

now that I am in the midst of menopause it has gotten worse, really weird, sleeping thorugh the night seems to be long standing challenge. this explains why I seldom have alot of energy during the day, I do tend to do better i summer then winter. probably lack of sunshine, heat and our bodys are trying to conserve anyway who knows.

I am wondering when I can increase quality carbs, how do I know my insulin resistance has completly reversed? I am guessing if I lose alot of fat weight, stop having bad nights like this, and can sleep much better that might be my cue to go ahead and up my quality carbs to maybe 50/50.

hopefully it will get better, I wonder if vitamin supplement would help the lack of energy and inability to sleep well. any suggestions?

wow, getting results already.

Hi there, wanted to share something that has intrigued me, I have been doing alot of walking latly (for some odd reason I cannot stand still) and one thing I noticed, I feel like I am standing up better (not crouched over crushing my lungs?) standing up straight was difficult I always ended up leaning a bit forward as I walk, and another thing my ankles arent hurting. they always hurt when I walk alot, my stride is more effcient I walk faster without added effort it is as if my legs are going more straight or something . it is weird,

another thing too is I find if my carb intake is below 25percent of total caloires that I wake about 4 am and can’t sleep, hypo symptoms, and I have to get up and eat something, but if I keep it around 25 percent, mostly quality starches (fruit was not cutting it for me) I sleep straight through and don’t wake until around 6 or so.

ther is really something to this s/low carb way, wish I would of done this long ago. oh yea, I am finding I lost all munchies and cravings of junky foods, even pop doesn’t appeal like it used to, it has never happened like this to me before. after 35 years of dealing with obesity and metabolic syndrome trying to follow the “experts” advice only to be dissappointed and feeling like I am a failure that it was my fault, rather I realize it is the wrong information for me,

thanks for all my followers, I don’t feel like I am typing into the wind where no one can hear me. I hope my posts are not boring.

a pretty part of trail at gorge park cuyahoga falls park. I thought the combo of rocky face and trees was pretty.

howdy friends

this is just an update on my low carb way, I had a few bumps a few days ago, I was having trouble with increased appetite (probably due to pms it is time you know)one day I ate way to much, I should never eat a sandwich 2 and half hours before supper, and when I do I should just drink a protein drink I ended up overeating (even tho it was mostly good food barring a few cookies I ate), I learned my lesson to just drink a protein drink small one when I am hungry and supper is two hours away. the next day my appetite did drop and I ended up eating less, maybe my body agreed with me that I ate to much. the past few days I have been okay, my cravings for ice cream have been minimal, I had some yesterday and I just took two servings per package and added my favorite natural peanut butter wow that was a delicious combination.

today I am doing well, I did wake up in the middle of the night with the jitters, ate some peanut butter, and a small protein drink with a banana, took awhile to feel better now I realize why that happened old mother natures montly gift, thanks a bunch there lady. I also had some physical activity the night before before going to bed so I guess my sugar fell during the night.

what is funny I don’t feel at fatigued like usually this time of hte month, usually for the first few days I am like don’t ask me to do anything, not this time. maybe there is something to this low carb thing after all. I was anemic there a while back and the doc told me to take 325 mg of iron for 6 months. but that has come and gone several months ago. back in august I took my last dosage of iron.

the process has been slow, I did have that sickness there for almost two weeks but I am finally feeling well. last night I also remembered I forgot my bp pill which may have contributed to my anxiety, not sure.

if any are interested I have a few videos I did called low carb dialog part one two and three. you can check it out, I also plan a fourth as I see the results of this low carb way I am doing. or maybe call it my low carb hiking trail or some other neat title, you all can give me some ideas to title my videos because not to many people are watching my videos, so I need a name change.

YOU on a diet review part 2

I finished my reading and in some places rereading of this book. i have to say his info on hormones and its affects on eating and satiaty was pretty good, I can get this information for free on the internet. the exercise ideas are good and information on weight loss surguries.  my take on the whole book recommendations for permanent weight loss?

LOW FAT, HIGH CARBOHYDRATE DIET, yep you heard me the very same recommendation of the government food pyramid. wow what insight for doctors who get to be on tv who are practically worshipped who don’t even know more than the government bureacrates in washington when it comes to obesity.  in fact they do not really know what causes heart disease, fatty liver (outside alcohol which is a carb by the way)diabetes or how to cure cancer they are focused on treating symptoms not the root of the problem,so much for all the money spent on college. If I were doctors of today I  would ask for my money back.

a bit of side note, I am not saying some of teh things doctors do arnt beneficial, don’t get me wrong, it is just for chronic problems they seem to fall short big time.

myths about weight issues

I find it funny that with all the research and experieince out there the “experts” are still pushing myths. even i have done the research and have experience enough to know these myths are just that myths. it has become a medical or social meme, something people believe and accept without quesiton to where everyone practically believes it except a few who think outside the box.

I have been reading the book YOU on a diet by dr oz and Roizen. I have read it before long time ago, but didn’t remember what it said, brain fog I suppose, he makes alot of mistakes in it, like calling omega 3 and 6 monounsaturates. I thought they were poly unsaturates. He says omentum causes inflammation, I was under th impression infections and damage causes inflammation you know your twist your ankle and it swells and hurts etc. you cut your self and it inflammes and heals. so is he saying omentum is inflammed? why would it be inflammed? (omentum is the fat you get in you belly under the muscle for those who don’t know what it is) is omentum infected or damaged in some way?

he also states that fat cells absorb bacteria, really? why would it do that? could it be that the bacteria invaded the fat cell through the initiation of force? (this is my new phrase this week lol) why would fat cells allow that? could it be because the myth is that fats and cholesterol are bad and people are encouraged not to eat them? what do you suppose cells are primarly made of? fat and cholesterol? I guess we won’t entertain the idea that fats are not just used for energy but for building cells as well. that would be disasterous. it would mean people would have more resistance to infections and injury and illness and decrease doctors revenue as cholesterol and fats especially satureated are your first line of defense against these things. fats and cholesterol are turned over regularly as they are oxidized and damaged by to many sugars and oxygen.

can vegetarians make their own fat and cholesterol? well if they are right about fiber metabolism by bacteria in your gut making short chain fatty acids(aka vinegar anyone) and the body is able to put them together to make their long chain fatty acids probably yes. but how much can one person eat of fruits and veggies beans and whole grains?  how much is enough to make enough sat fat for your cell membranes? ??????

what if your liver is compromised? how will you make cholesterol then? if it is overwhelmed with its many tasks could fall behind? if it does what then? it has the tasks of 600 functions. what if we overwhelm it with to many carbohydrates in a day to many toxins, to many medications etc? then what does the body do to adapt? well you build more fat cells. yes you heard me right. it builds more fat cells.

turns out fat cells do more than store energy and hoarding it, (it seems since using it and losing it seems impossible) it also takes out excess sugar converts to fat to get it out of blood when your insulin resistant, it takes up the old cholesterol to recycle it, it stores fat soluable vitamins to be used at later date by the body especially vita d  which is only made in your skin in the summer and you need it in the winter as well.

so why do I know this and these “experts” dont’? could it be they believe they know the answer already so no need to do additional research? could it be because they will lose their license if they advocate against the american medical associations views?

they also say called saturated fats bad boys. which is really strange considering sat fat are the most resistant to infections, inflammation, protects your cells from such things and takes a long time to go rancid when exposed to oxygen, mircrobes, heat etc. that is why you store energy as sat fat not monounsaturated.  it is where vita a, d, k, calcium are stored for use later or when you run low to often due to a low fat low cholesterol diet. (these vita are in the fat of the animal and milk). by storing these things in sat fat on your body it is protected from rancidity, mircrobs, oxidation etc.

this book has a lot of good points. maybe I will do a different post later about that.

time proves it with regard to obesity

funny how you go through life thinking your on the right track. take obesity, this problem seems to be incurable. sure the symptoms can be managed if you can stand chronic hunger and cravings and don’t mind having to force exercise when all you want to is sit around because you have no energy because your chronically hungry and dieting all the time. you know you cant stop your diet as you’ll gain weight every one knows this. once on a diet always on a diet.

funny still is if the “experts” advice doesn’t work how the patient is blamed rather than the advice. very few treatments I have ever heard is the patient blamed for the treatments failure. it boggles my mind how people can be so right and wrong at the same time.

I listen to the struggles of dieters on the internet in forums and I am amazed at how they struggle, blame themselves and don’t understand why they struggle where as many who are lean naturally do not seem to have to do anything, eat whatever they crave and yet never give diet a thought. it amazes me too how diet and obesity is still considered a moral problem rather than a health problem. it also amazes me the hate people seem to display if someone is eating “immorally” in front of them. how the eyes glare, how the remarks sometimes flies and how disgusted they feel when they see obese people eat. even among friends who think they are helping but rather are really hurting their friendship. been guilty of this myself tho not mostly in the obese category but others.

it is a hard habit to break this judging others on food issues. it took a remark from a family memeber to show me I was doing  just that. that made me stop. I didn’t want to harm I was just curious on a obessesive behavior of eating that I didn’t understand, they saw it as judging.

life is just to dang hard and to dang frustrating and sometimes demoralizing to the hilt, so these petty things are just that petty. it is time we concentrate on being kind to one another even strangers and concentrate on upbuilding them rather than tearing down after all this boat is rocking pretty hard and we should concentrate on holding on, not throwing people to the sharks.

I spend to much time trying to correct my health parameters like obesity for one, and some others and yet I am mocked and tossed to the sharks everytime only to reboard the boat and repeat. It is like a bad addiction or something that I cant seem to shake. time has shown me that these problems will not be corrected in the right way until Jehovah corrects it either now or in his new world paradise on earth. wish it was otherwise I see others succeed I follow their way of doing it best I can yet it doesn’t work for me despite following it for long periods.

funny how time is a teacher, it sets you straight when your on a wrong path it shows you that you must choose a different path, in the meantime I stand at a crossroad waiting until I find that differnt path. also in the mean time while I wait I need to concentarte on mroe important spiritual health rather than physical. I need to stop worrying about my weight issues and concentrate on health issues and being a better person. this my friend is extremely hard to do. of course most addictions usually are.
