okay I am being silly, I Hope all my posts are educational, give one pause for thought or maybe you found them boring or confusing. that is okay.
a brief overview my low carb diet is cuput, nothing I do seems to help me lose any fat weight. ow well, I know what doens’t work, but dont know what will work without causing blowback or damage to me and my health.
I am getting the feeling based on research, experiences and contemplation that losing weight is not about reducing calories which only shrinks fat cells I think as long as those fat cells are there and empty that htey give off signals to eat eat the house down to fill them up again, I think there is a way to get the body to destroy these fat cells since they will no longer be needed. so how to convince your body it doesnt need them anymore for survival? if you figure this out let me know.
The term is called apoptosis, the body destroys cells that are damaged or no longer needed. they did not think the body did this to fat cells but finding they do apoptosis the fat cells not needed. but how do you get your body convinced to do that? if our bodies can create them they surly can destroy them. I will have to research this and do more compteplation.
now as I sit I watch some guy in a backhoe working the land next door getting ready to build a house there. I kind of wish I had a job working these big machines. it would be a cool job. the weather has been a bit cool latly not much sunshine, bummer. here are some more photos for you to enjoy.
ocracoke, look at all those birds around that ship, I used a 600 mm sigma long lens for these shots of ships
great shots you can even see the crew, while I was watching these guys a dolphin went buy close to shore
here is some more,
cormorant back of fatty resturant in buxton, at a salt water marsh that leads to the sound,

ah what is over there, hark, it is my imagination running wild again invisioning me living by this lighthouse where I plant a giant red wood 100 feet from it and watch it grow to full maturity and die in God’s new world where death and sin and wickedness and property taxes and man made oppression will be gone. actually your laughing at me arnt you?
sunrise over the atlantic ocean, very pretty,
sunrise behind the lighthouse view motel, really nice motel you get a nice clean room at a reasonable price off season.
remember this plant from past posts? this was behind the falcon motel which is now in disrepair and being sold (the fence is damage by thepool and the pool was full of debris and stuff) now look at it after hurricane matthew
poor plant was so pretty now it is destroyed from the salt water flooding.
we fished on this soundside peir we were actually on our way to the aquarium when we came across this (and we also came across the visitor center for alligator river refuge and pea island refuge and allthe cool stuff they had inthere plus a gift shop which I naturally bought some pretty things there ) I did not catch anything but it allowed my husband to show me how to cast and now when something has the bait stuff like that.
my hubby fishing ocracoke island. this is all for now.
