I am still here, been doing my diet thing and exercise thing for about (diet since january) and the gym almost 8 weeks now. here is a report, I lost weight and did not even know it, I feel better overall, I have more strength and stamina. I can climb steps better, now that it is getting warmer I am going to be riding my bike (hopfully) and walking my remaining dog. Had to put one dog down two weeks ago. sad. But I also finally started to sleep better not waking up every hour. I have to ask does anyone understand why when you start to eat well and exercise why it takes so long for sleep to improve? I have had sleep problems for decades. the past four days I am sleeping like a log. havnet done that since I was a kid.
Seen this yesterday. cool. hopfully the sleep thing will be the norm rather then the exception. time will tell.
