summer plants

what summer is complete with out hot temps and plenty of beautiful plants and crittors.  this time of year is my favorite for the amount of plants and birds that are beautiful active and pleasurable to watch. never get tired of them.

my new dawn is finally bouncing back after that stupid cold winter two years ago. this winter was mild and did not hurt any of my plants.

this rambler spread even more and is now blooming it’s head off. wonderful plant.

gold flame honeysuckle pretty and smells wonderful.

the magnolia vine was at a park. some of the other flowers are too.

my hummingbird vine I just love it I have two and they rae covering my trellises fast. I have better pictures but this is what I hd on my computer at this time.

this is the cutting from tony’s moms old garden rose I say it is a damask or mix as the fregrance if very very strong, the plant is taking a long time to get going as this is its third year and has not grown much guess cuttings take a while.

this was also at the park. beautiful, wait until the flowers bloom at the bog part last week I went and they were not blooming yet, the purple and yellow coneflower, milkweed, ironweed joe pye weed when they do I plan on going there to take lots of pictures.

this is all I am posting right now, so enjoy.
